When we arrive

The first thing that we'd like to take care of is ensuring that everything that you need to have moved is accessible and accounted for. If your belongings are going into storage, we take an inventory of all your goods to ensure nothing is misplaced.

Packing

It is vitally important that all your possessions are packed correctly to prevent damage during your move. We can provide you with suitable materials to pack everything up, or if you prefer, for an additional cost, we can pack your good for you so you do not need to worry.

Your furniture

From modern masterpieces through to valuable antiques, we have moved it all. Every piece of your furniture is individually wrapped in a thick, padded felt, that will protect the surface and insulate against any shock that may be sustained during the move.

When all is loaded

Finally, once your precious possessions have been loaded, we double check that we have everything that you need us to take. If your goods are going into storage, we will provide you with a copy of the inventory and ask you to check once again that we have everything. We also ensure that we have correct address details for your new home.

Arriving at your new home

When we arrive, we'll walk around to get to know where everything is supposed to go. We will then proceed to unload the truck, placing your belongings in their new location in your new home. Once we're done, we'll ensure that everything is in the condition it was when we packed it and that you're happy with the job we've done.
